摘要
《广告法》修订要成为在新兴经济复杂的环境中调整广告活动的主要法律依据。本文主要从五个方面分析了修订案亟待解决的问题:一是完善广告管理部门的权责规定,创新管理机制;二是广告法与相关法律的协调;三是广告主体及责任认定;四是广告法与具体法规的内容的理顺和完善;五是将新情况、热点问题有选择地纳入广告法范围。
The amendment of Advertising Law will soon be published the new Advertising Law w and then i be the chief legal basis in adjusting advertising n the complex new environment. We discussed five aspects of problems which the new Advertising Law needs to concern in this paper. They improving the mechanics and responsibilities of ad administrations harmonizing Advertising nterrelated laws. c Law with other arifying the ad subjects and their legal responsibilities; mending Advertising Law with some specific regulations; adding new situations and hot issues into the scope of Advertising Law
