摘要 将石蜡乳液相变材料掺入到混凝土中,制得相变控温混凝土.研究了原材料预热、环境温度波动和拆模状况下相变控温大体积混凝土的温控性能.结果表明:原材料预热后,相变控温大体积混凝土较普通大体积混凝土内部温度峰值降低,放热峰变宽,升温和降温速度减小;环境温度波动时,相变控温大体积混凝土表层温度变化较普通大体积混凝土平缓;拆模后,相变控温大体积混凝土表层温度降幅较普通大体积混凝土小,这将从根本上防止大体积混凝土温度裂缝的出现. Emulsion paraffin can be added to concrete to obtain concrete with phase change material(PCM concrete). Temperature control properties of PCM mass concrete were studied in different conditions, i.e., preheating raw materials, environment temperature fluctuation and mould removal. The results show that after raw materials preheating, maximum temperature of PCM mass concrete is lower than that of ordinary mass concrete, and temperature increasing and temperature reducing rate are slowed down. When environmental temperature fluctuating, PCM mass concrete surface temperature changes are more gentle than that of ordinary mass concrete. After mould removal, PCM mass concrete surface temperature drops more slowly than that of ordinary mass concrete. Therefore it can substantially prevent temperature cracks in mass concrete.
