摘要
为了研究钢纤维对高强轻骨料混凝土弯曲韧性和抗冲击性能的影响规律,对钢纤维掺量(体积分数)分别为0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%的钢纤维高强轻骨料混凝土(SFHLWC)进行了抗弯性能和自由落锤抗冲击性能试验,实测了其荷载-挠度曲线和初裂冲击次数、破坏冲击次数,并计算了韧性指数和冲击能量.结果表明:掺入钢纤维能显著提高高强轻骨料混凝土的弯曲韧性和抗冲击性能,钢纤维高强轻骨料混凝土的韧性指数与冲击能量呈对数关系.
In order to determine the flexural toughness and impact resistance of steel fiber reinforced high- strength lightweight aggregate concrete(SFHLWC), a series of drop-weight tests and flexural tests were carried out on high-strength lightweight aggregate concrete reinforced with five different volume fraction of steel fibers 0 %, 0.5 %, 1.0 %, 1.5%and 2.0 % of concrete. For each volume fraction of fibers, the com- plete load-deflection curves, and the numbers of blows to first visible crack as well as to failure of SFHL- WC were obtained in order to determine the total energy absorbed for each specimen. The test results show that the addition of steel fibers to concrete has improved impact resistance and also the flexural toughness of SFHLWC. The test results also show that a logarithmic relation exists between toughness in- dex and the impact energy of SFHLWC.
