前列腺素E_1脂微球制剂和粉针剂治疗糖尿病神经损害及皮肤溃疡的临床评价

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF LIPO PGE 1 AND PGE 1 IN THE TREATMENT OF PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY AND SKIN ULCER OF DIABETIC

目的: 观察前列腺素E1 脂微球制剂(Lipo PGE1 , 商品名凯时) 与前列腺素E1(PGE1) 粉针剂在糖尿病神经损害及皮肤溃疡治疗中的临床疗效和安全性。方法: 糖尿病伴有神经损害及皮肤溃疡患者82 例, 其中使用Lipo PGE1 42 例, PGE1 40 例。使用方法: LipoPGE1 10 μg 静脉推入, Qd ; PGE1 100 μg 加入500 ml 生理盐水静脉点滴, Qd 。均用药2 周～4 周。结果: Lipo PGE1 组改善静息痛、感觉异常及下肢溃疡的有效率( 分别为60-9 % 、58-3 % 、65-0 % ) 均显著高于PGE1 组( 分别为42-8 % 、45-0 % 、44-5 % ) ( 均P< 0-01) 。经皮氧分压测定末梢循环血量, 血氧分压明显增高。结论: Lipo PGE1 治疗糖尿病神经损害及糖尿病皮肤溃疡疗效肯定,

Objective:To observe clinical effects and safety of Lipo prostaglandin E 1(Lipo PGE 1) and prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1) in 82 patients with peripheral neuropathy and skin ulcer of the diabetic.Methods:Eighty two diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy and skin ulcer were divided into two groups: Lipo PGE 1 group(LG) including 42 patients,PGE 1 group(PG) in other 40 patients.All patients were given Lipo PGE 1 and PGE 1 once daily by intravenous infusion at a dosage of 10 μg and 100 μg for two to four weeks.Results:The efficiency of LG on spontaneous pain,numbness and skin ulcer(60 9%,58 3%,65 0%)were significantly higher than that of PG(42 8%,45 0%,44 5%)( P <0 01).On transcutaneous oxygen tension(TcPO 2) in the diabetic patients with peripheral diseases,there was a great increase in TcPO 2.Conclusion:Lipo PGE 1 is effective for treating peripheral neuropathy and skin ulcer of diabetic with less side effects,and consequently may be expected to be widely used in China in the near future.
