摘要 为了研究疏松砂岩的物理性质,开发了一种分散泥质胶结疏松人工岩样制作的新方法.首先,介绍了该方法的原理、技术路线、配料和制作步骤,即:骨料覆膜(胶结剂),泥质(粘土)黏附,压实固化.其次,采用正交试验设计方法,制作了不同粒径、粘土含量和压制压力的人造粉砂岩、细砂岩,基于铸体薄片鉴定、孔隙度、渗透率、毛管压力曲线等实验测量考察了人工岩样的物性特征.最后,定量考察了孔隙度、渗透率、孔喉半径与粒度中值和压制压力的关系.研究认为,制作的人工岩样在结构上与分散泥质胶结疏松砂岩有很好的相似性,孔喉分选性好,可通过控制石英粒度、泥质(粘土)含量和制作压力获得期望孔隙度、孔隙结构、渗透率的人工岩样. A new method for making artificial rock unconsolidated sandstone cemented by dispersed shale is developed for the need to study its physical peoperties. Firstly, the production principles of artificial rock, technical route, components and making steps are described, namely:aggregate covered by film (cementing agent), shale (clay) adhesion and compaction solidification. Secondly, a series of artificial medium-grained sandstones and fine sandstones with a different quartz grain size, clay content, the amount of cementing agent are made with the employment of orthogonal experimental design method. Based on the measurement of casting thin sections, porosity, permeability, median grain diameter, pore throat radius and pressure curves, the physical properties of artificial rock are studied. Finally, the relationships among the porosity, permeability, throat radius and the median particle size and pressure are quantitatively researched. Studies suggest that the artificial rock has good similarity with the natural unconsolidated sandstone cemented by dispersed shale in the pore structure and has good pore-throat sorting, and its porosity, pore structure and permeability can be controlled through the adjustment of quartz grain size, clay (clay) content and compaction pressure.
