大众人群艾滋病相关知识与歧视态度关系分析

AIDS-related Knowledge and Discriminatory Attitude in General Population

目的探索不同类型艾滋病相关知识、民族、文化程度对歧视态度的影响,为有针对性的降低大众人群的艾滋病歧视态度提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法收集四川省普通居民共28112份问卷调查,内容主要包括艾滋病相关知识、歧视态度。结果①大众人群只知晓日常生活接触知识、只知晓高危行为知识、两种知识均知晓、两种知识均不知晓的比例分别为8.0%、24.7%、47.1%和20.2%;无歧视态度的比例为52.1%;②文化程度高、汉族人群较文化程度低、少数民族的艾滋病相关知识知晓率和无歧视态度比例高;③日常生活接触知识对无歧视态度的影响略大于高危行为知识;汉族中,文化程度偏低者知晓两种知识的OR值(13.8)高于文化程度偏高者(8.0),少数民族则相反,分别为4.4和8.0。结论日常生活接触知识和高危行为知识对无歧视态度的影响具有协同作用,其作用程度受民族和文化程度的影响。

Objective To explore the influencing effects of AIDS - related knowledge, ethnicity and education level on discriminatory attitudes in general population, and to provide references for reducing discriminative at- titudes on AIDS. Methods Based on cluster sampling, 28 112 questionnaires, with content of AIDS- related knowledge and discriminative attitudes, were collected from the general population in Sichuan. Results The AIDS awareness rates of daily contact knowledge, high - risk behaviors, both of the above and none of the a- bove were respectively 8.0%, 24. 7%, 47.1% and 20.2% ; the proportion of those with non - discrimination was 52. 1%. Compared with minorities and people with lower education level, Han people and people with a higher education had better awareness on AIDS -related knowledge and non - discrimination; daily contact knowledge showed greater impact in non -discrimination than high - risk behavior knowledge; in Han people, the OR value of low education level people who knew both two kinds of knowledge （ OR -- 13.8） was higher than the people with higher education level （OR = 8.0）; while in minorities the OR values were respec- tively 4. 4 and 8.0. Conclusion AIDS - related knowl-edge on daily contact and high - risk behavior AIDS have synergies effect on non - discriminatory attitudes; meanwhile, the ethnic and education level can affect the extent of the synergies effect.
