摘要 根据动物视觉学习认知研究的实际需求,设计了动物视觉学习认知自动训练评估系统.系统由监控子系统和控制子系统组成.监控子系统设定实验方案,控制刺激图像显示,实现对实验数据的实时存储和分析评估;控制子系统通过电容式触摸屏和红外传感器实时采集实验数据,驱动电磁阀进行投食犒赏或施加声光刺激惩罚.以LE大鼠为实验对象对该系统进行了测试.结果表明:所设计的系统能够实现动物基于视觉任务学习认知行为的自动训练和认知能力的自动评估,通讯可靠,控制准确,操作方便,通用性强. According to the actual demands of animal visual cognition research, an automatic training and e- valuating system was developed for animal visual cognition by the analysis of animals' behavior characteris- tics. The system consisted of the monitoring subsystem and the control subsystem. The monitoring subsystem was designed to set the experimental parameters, control the visual stimuli, store and analyze the real-time ex- perimental data. The control subsystem was constructed to obtain animal experimental data via capacitive touch screen and infrared sensor, and give a food reward to animals through an electromagnetic valve or a punish- ment with sound and light stimulations. The system was examined with LE rats' experiments. The results showed that the system could supply a great convenience for training of animals' cognitive behavior and finish the evaluation of their cognitive ability automatically based on specified visual tasks. It also has many advanta- ges, such as reliable communication, high control accuracy, convenient operation and good generality.
