Outpatient Utilization of Chinese Patent Drugs in Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2010 to June 2013

目的:了解我院中药房2010年1月—2013年6月门诊中成药的使用情况,为临床合理使用中成药提供依据。方法:对我院2010年1月—2013年6月门诊中成药的品种剂型、配伍禁忌进行统计分析,并对中成药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:2010年1月—2013年6月我院门诊中成药的品种、剂型等符合本院的中医治疗特色。中成药的销售金额,DDDs、DDC及排序比(B/A)等符合实际情况,DDDs同步性较好。结论:我院门诊中成药应用基本合理,管理完善。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of Chinese patent drugs in the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013 so as to provide references for clinic rational use of drugs. METHODS： The utilization of Chinese patent drugs in the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from January in 2010 to June in 2013 were statistically analyzed with regard to dosage forms, incompatibility, consumption sum, DDDs and daily drug cost. RESULTS： The drug varieties and dosage forms of the Chinese patent drugs in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013 were in line with the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital. The consumption sum, DDDs, defined daily costs （DDC） and B/A （sequential order ratio） corresponded to reality and the DDDs showed good synchronism. CONCLUSION： In our hospital, the utilization the Chinese patent drugs is basically rational and well-controlled.
