摘要 目的:观察降钙素原(PCT)在新生儿细菌感染性疾病中的早期诊断价值。方法:将98例住院新生儿分为细菌感染性疾病组(57例)和非细菌感染性疾病组(41例)。予抽血检查PCT、C反应蛋白(CRP)并进行比较。结果:细菌感染性疾病组患儿PCT、CRP结果明显高于非细菌感染性疾病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);PCT的敏感性和特异性均高于CRP。结论:PCT在细菌感染性疾病组早期即升高,与非细菌感染性疾病组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其敏感性和特异性均高于CRP,可作为新生儿细菌感染性疾病早期检测指标,值得临床推广和应用。 OBJECTIVE :To evaluate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin (PCT) in neonatal bacterial infection diseases. METHODS : A total of 98 hospitalized neonates were assigned to either bacterial infection group ( n = 57 ) or non-bacterial infection group (n=41 ). Blood samples were taken from the neonates for measurement and comparison of PCT and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels. RESULTS : The levels of PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than in the non-bacterial infection group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The sensitivity and specificity of PCT were higher than those of CRP. CONCLUSION: PCT level in bacterial infection group elevated in early stage, showing statistically significant differences as compared with the non-bacterial infection group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; both the sensitivity and specificity of PCT were higher than those of CRP, hence PCT can be used as indicators in early detection of neonatal bacterial infection and this practice is worth of clinical promotion and application.
