摘要
目的:了解我院门诊处方情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽查2012年门诊处方1 800张,依据《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》采取回顾性点评、分析。结果:抗菌药物和注射剂使用率均较高,不合理用药现象突出;基本药物使用率则完全符合规定,完全执行了国家基本药物相关政策。结论:我院门诊处方存有不合理用药现象,需加强干预,规范处方质量,保证临床用药安全、有效。
OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital and promote clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS ： A total and comment in accordance of 1 800 outpatient prescriptions were sampled randomly in 2012 for retrospective analysis with ＂ Prescription Management Method＂ and ＂ Management Standard on Hospital Prescription Comment （Trial）＂ RESULTS： The rates of using antibiotics and injections were on the high side and the irrational drug use was obvious. The rate of essential drug use was totally in line with the standard and national policy on the use of national essential drugs. CONCLUSION： In view of the irrational outpatient prescriptions, it is urgent to intensify intervention and standardize the quality of prescriptions to ensure safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
