Appropriate Technology of Green Building in a Super Tall Building in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Area

以夏热冬暖地区某绿色超高层项目为例,通过合理进行绿色建筑可持续设计,并将绿色建筑适用技术进行有效实践,对其在设计过程中所采用的绿色建筑11项亮点技术进行介绍,并对其所实现的经济效益进行详细分析。结果表明,通过该适用技术的实施,有效提高了建筑的节能效果,降低了超高层建筑的运行成本、降低了资源消耗、减少了环境污染,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

A green super tall project in hot summer and warm winter zone as an example, through the rational sustainable design for green building, the green building techniques were applied effectively. The 11 highlights of gre^en building technologies are introduced, and the economic benefits were analyzed in detailed. The results show that the appropriate technology can effectively improve the building＇ s energy efficiency and reduce operating costs, resource consumption, environmental pollution, and achieve good social and economic benefits.
