摘要
某框架结构建筑应业主要求需要进行增层,同时需要对由增层和规范修订而引起的部分不满足承载力要求的框架柱进行加固,使其能够满足增层后建筑承载力要求。以该建筑为例,介绍了混凝土框架结构增层加固的设计方法和具体步骤,并介绍了横向张拉双向预应力撑杆法加固混凝土柱的加固原理、设计方法和施工技术要点。
