面对经济发展,产业结构调整,工作岗位和毕业人数供求关系之间不平衡,带来考研的非理性繁荣.本文通过探析考研动机,分析过分注重研究生考试所带来的问题,列举选择考研所需考虑的问题,提出通过合理规划,引导学生注重能力和素质培养,而非单纯获取学历,以适应社会多层次需求,更好实现个人价值.

Face of economic development, industrial structure adjustment, the imbalance of the number of graduate jobs and supply and demand, bringing irrational exuberance of graduate examination. Analysis of graduate examination motivation, analyzing too much emphasis on the problems arising postgraduate examinations, citing select graduate examination issues need to be considered, proposed to guide students through rational planning, focus on capacity and quality of training, rather than simply access to education, to meet the social multi-level demand, better realize personal value.
