摘要
在分析软件测试职业发展及能力需求的基础上,确定软件测试外包专业的人才培养目标.构建并实施政府引导,学院、培训机构、企业三方合作的一站式人才培养模式,通过多学科集成的课程建设,实行任务驱动、工学一体教学模式,完成学生毕业即就业的角色转换,实现软件测试外包专业人才的直接输入与对口输出.
On the basis of analysis of software testing professional development and capacity needs, identified software tes- ting outsourcing professional training objectives. Build and implement government guidance, colleges, training institutions, enterprises tripartite cooperation stop training model, through a multidisciplinary integrated curriculum construction, the im- plementation of task-driven, engineering, integrated teaching mode, complete the student employment upon graduation role conversion, achieve software testing outsourcing professionals direct input and output counterparts.
