面对社会环境多元变化,教育理念“人本化”发展趋向,在校学生个性特征愈加明显等新情况、新变化,公安院校现行教育管理模式暴露出单向低效,不利于学生全面发展等缺陷.培养自我教育管理能力不仅能够满足学生探索新知识、渴望实现自我价值的需要,使学生达到自我发展、自我约束的境界,还是警察大学生毕业后立足于社会、立足于岗位的必备素质.公安院校应以国内外大学生自我教育模式的成功经验为基础,以促进警察大学生的全面发展为目的,大胆突破和纠正当前管理教育模式的局限和缺陷,积极探索学生自我教育管理模式的路径方法.
