对初中语文教学中渗透罗杰斯人本主义心理教育的思考

摘要 《初中语文新课程标准》(修订版)中提出语文课除了要担负“全面提高学生的语文素养”这一任务外,还应关注学生的道德品质和心理素质.而以罗杰斯为代表的人本主义心理教育理念突出学习者的中心地位,关注学习者的内心世界和情感体验.这两者之间有共通之处,可以互相渗透.在初中语文教学中,教师可以积极创设宽松和谐的课堂,充分挖掘教材中所蕴含的人本主义心理健康教育的因素,对学生的良好心理素质进行有意识、系统性的培养,做到教书和育人的完美统一. "Junior High School New Curriculum Standards" (revised edition) in addition to the proposed language les- sons assume the task of "comprehensively improve students' language literacy", we must also concern the quality of students' moral and psychological qualities. And with Rogers as the representative of the humanistic psychology edu- cational philosophy highlights the centrality of the learner, the learner's attention to the inner world and emotional ex- perience. Between these two have in common, can penetrate each other. In junior high school language teaching, tea- chers can actively create a relaxed and harmonious classroom textbooks to fully tap the inherent humanistic factors mental health education, make conscious, systematic training to good psychological quality of students, so that achieve perfect unity of teaching and education.
