With China＇s rapid economic development, the number of China＇s colleges and universities are constantly incre- asing; university students have been the main force in the human resources market. However, in the part of the professional colleges profession due to market constraints, the employment of university graduates has become a cause of anxiety for all the problems, some graduates have to cross professional employment. In response to this phenomenon, this article on college sports college students to discuss employment issues and current situation analysis, meanwhile, put forward some effective measures to improve college sports college graduates employment rate.
