我国高校毕业生就业难已持续多年,虽然政府和高校做了大量的工作,但至今尚未根本解决.本文认为高校毕业生就业难,与我国所处的经济发展阶段、社会发展和高等教育发展状况密切相关.通过分析使我们对我国高校毕业生就业难问题有一个更加理性、全面的认识,并希望为解决该问题,提供一种可以选择的思路和方向.

The difficult employment of college graduates has been going on for years, although the government and univer- sities have done a lot of work, but has not yet been fundamentally resolved. This paper argues that the difficuit employment of college graduates, it＇s closely related with the country in which the stage of economic development, social development and development of higher education. Through our analysis leads us to the difficult employment of college graduates have more rational and comprehensive understanding, and hoping to solve the diffficult employment of college graduates to provide a choice of thinking and direction.
