Problems Reflected by Food Immunology Foundation Survey and Countermeasures

为了解食品质量与安全专业学生在学习食品免疫学基础课程过程中的兴趣和困难所在,对96名学生进行了问卷调查.调查结果显示,学生在学习该课程过程中对与生活相关的免疫学知识更感兴趣,在繁杂的免疫学知识面前感到困惑,但同时又有学好该课程的动机.调查结果为食品免疫学基础课程的教学改革提供了依据和建议.

To understand the food quality and safety professional students in learning ＂Food Immunology Foundation＂ in the process of interest and difficulties, for 96 students conducted a survey. The findings showed that students in the learning process of the course associated with life on immunological knowledge are more interested in the complex immunological knowledge confused before, but there＇s motivation to learn the course. The findings provide the basis and recommendations for the ＂Food Immunological Foundation＂ course teaching reform.
