摘要
后张有粘结预应力混凝土桥梁孔道压浆易出现不密实、空洞缺陷,影响预应力桥梁耐久性和承载力,威胁着桥梁的运营安全。文章阐述了基于冲击弹性波技术的孔道压浆密实度检测方法及原理,并结合广西某环城高速公路预制梁场40m跨后张有粘结预应力箱梁工程实例,介绍了该检测方法的具体应用与效果。
Post-tensioned bonded prestressed concrete bridge duct grouting is prone to the problems of discontinuity and void defects, which thereby affect the durability and beadng capacity of prestressed bridges, threatening the operational safety of bridges.This article described the duct grouting density detection methods and principles based on impact elas- tic wave technology, and combined with the engineering practice of post-tensioned bonded prestressed girders with 40m span in precast girder field of a dng expressway in Guangxi, it introduced the specific application and effect of this detection method.
