摘要
文章从人、车、管理等因素入手,运用安全管理学的基本理论和方法,对贵州福泉市"11·1"道路危险货物运输典型事故进行了全面分析,剖析了导致事故发生的根本原因,提出了当前加强道路危险货物运输安全管理的相应措施。
Starting from the people, vehicles, management and other factors, this article used the basic theory and method of safety management to conduct a comprehensive analysis on typical accident of Guizhou Fuquan＂ 11.1 ＂road transport of dangerous goods, analyzed the radical cause of this accident, and put forward the corresponding measures to strengthen the current road transport safety management of dangerous goods.
