文章基于公路工程建设项目参建单位多、人员复杂、安全专业素质高低不齐的特点,从项目管理人员及农民工两方面,提出强化一线施工管理作业人员安全生产教育培训的内容要点,以有效防范安全生产事故的发生。

Based on the characteristics of highway engineering construction projects that more construction units are involved, personnel is more complex, and the safety professional quality level is different,this article,from such two aspects as the project management and the migrant workers, proposed the content elements to strengthen the safety production ed- ucation and training of first-line construction management operation personnel, so as to ef- fectively prevent the occurrence of safety production accidents.
