Future Development and Current Challenges of the Library—Summary of Some Presentations and Papers Presented to 79 Annual Conference of IFLA

在新加坡召开的2013年世界图书馆与信息大会暨国际图联（IFLA）第79届年会，主题是未来图书馆：无限可能。上百场学术报告共分五个板块：开放获取与数字资源；政策、战略与宣传；用户驱动的获取与服务；工具与技术；创意、创新、新构想。会议特别发布了《趋势报告》。文章从《趋势报告》及重要讲话、众包及发现平台、电子资源建设及引发的变革、参考咨询服务及变革四个方面，对会议的部分报告和论文作一简介。

2013 World Library and Information Congress （79 IFLA Annual Conference） was held in Singapore. The theme of the congress is Future Library： Infinite Possibilities. Hundreds of presentations were divided into 5 tracks： open access and digital resources; policy, strategy and advocacy; users driven access and services; tools and techniques; ideas, innovations, anticipating the new. This paper summarizes some of the presentations and papers for the congress from Trends Report and important speeches, erowdsourcing and discovery platform, electronic collection development mad the changes, reference service and the changes.
