摘要
采用超声破碎和热水浸提相结合的方法提取藿香多糖,通过L9(34)正交试验考察料液比、pH和浸提时间对多糖提取的影响,确定藿香多糖最佳提取条件。结果表明:藿香多糖的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶20,pH 6,超声处理90min,最适条件下藿香多糖的提取率为7.5%。藿香中的多糖具有抗氧化活性,对Fenton反应产生的·OH具有明显的清除作用。
In order to determine the optimum conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from Agastache rugosa by ultrasonic cell disruption and subsequent hot water extraction,a L9 (34) orthogonal array design is employed to investigate the effects of the operating parameters such as material-to-solvent ratio,pH,ultrasound and extraction time on polysaccharide extraction.The optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Agastache rugosa are as follows:material-to-solvent ratio of 1 ∶ 20,pH 6,and extraction time of 1.5 h.Under the optimum conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharides is 7.5%.The polysaccharides have obvious antioxidant activities of scavenging effect for · OH produced by Fenton reaction.
