摘要
通过查阅文献资料,总结了仿生传感智能感官检测技术,特别是电子鼻、电子舌技术及多仿生传感信息融合智能检测技术在食品感官评价中的应用及研究进展;并结合实际应用提出了建议,以供科研部门和生产、设计部门参考。
Sum up the application and research progress of bionic intelligent sensing sensory detection technology,especially electronic noses,electronic tongues and multi-sensor information fusion bionic intelligent detection technology in food sensory evaluation through a review of literature.Meanwhile,put forward recommendations for consideration of research departments,production and design departments with the practical application.
