粗纱重定量细纱大牵伸工艺应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 探讨粗纱重定量细纱大牵伸工艺的应用效果。以R 9.8 tex纱为例,总结了粗纱重定量细纱大牵伸工艺实施6年来的实际情况,提出了配套的工艺技术措施,分析了实施过程中存在的问题。认为:合理增加粗纱定量,可以收到减少前纺开台、提高效率和企业经济效益的良好效果。应从企业实际出发,根据产品质量定位,确定合理的细纱牵伸倍数,切实解决好实施中存在的问题,优化细纱相关工艺配置,积极采用先进的纺纱专件和器材,确保产品质量稳定提高,从而取得良好的实施效果。 Application effect of larger roving weight per unit & larger spinning draft was discussed. Taking R 9.8 texyarn as example, actual situation of the processing been applied in mill for six years were summarized. Related processing and technology measures were put forward. Problems in implement were analyzed. The result shows that machine number in forespinning can be reduced, the efficiency and enterprises economic efficiency can be increased through increasing roving weight per unit. It is considered that better implement effect can be got through adopting a series of technology measures, including selecting rational spinning draft multiple, solving problems in implement, optimizing related processing in spinning, adopting advanced spinning devices to ensure product quality, according to mill actual situation and product quality orientation.
