镍铁纤维形态结构及性能分析

摘要 研究镍铁纤维结构形态和性能。介绍了镍铁纤维的制备,用扫描电镜观察了镍铁纤维纵向和横截面微观结构,测试了镍铁纤维的强伸性能、摩擦性能及电磁性能。试验结果表明:镍铁纤维具有异形不规则的横截面,纵向表面有很多沟槽;强力及伸长均较低;其动、静摩擦因数大于不锈钢纤维;电阻率和磁导率较高。认为:镍铁纤维间具有良好的抱合力,可与适宜纤维混纺成纱;镍铁纤维纺织品具有较好的电磁波吸收功能。 Morphology and performance of nickel-iron fiber were analyzed. Preparation of nickel-iron fiber was introduced. Nickel-iron fiber longitudinal and cross-sectional microstrueture were observed by scanning electron microsco- py. Strength and elongation, friction property and electromagnetic property of nickel-iron fiber were tested. The test result shows that cross-section of nickel-iron fiber is irregular shape,there are many grooves in longitudinal surface. The fi- ber elongation and strength are lower. Static friction coefficient of the fiber is larger than that of stainless steel fiber. Resistivity and magnetic permeability of the fiber is higher. It is considered that cohesive force of nickel-iron fiber is better and the fiber can be spun with suitable fiber. Electromagnetic wave absorption function of nickel-iron fiber textiles is better.
