色纺竹浆纤维/羊绒/金银丝赛络菲尔复合纱的生产实践

Production of dyeing bamboo/cashmere/bullion thread sirofilspun composite yarn

以染色竹浆纤维、羊绒和金银丝(长丝)为原料,利用传统棉纺设备和赛络菲尔复合纺纱技术开发具有良好闪光效应的新型复合纱线。在分析原料性能、设计纺纱方案和生产工艺流程的基础上,重点探讨原料的预处理、各工序的工艺设计及技术措施,介绍赛络菲尔纺的细纱改造,通过反复试验与工艺优化,成功纺制出色纺竹浆纤维/羊绒/金银丝赛络菲尔复合纱。测试结果表明,纱线毛羽和条干性能优异,完全符合织造要求。

This paper mainly studied a new composite yarn with a flash effect spun on traditional cotton spinning equipment and Siro spinning technique,and it used dyeing bamboo fiber,cashmere and silk（ filament）as raw materials.Spinning solution and the production process were designed after analyzing raw materials performance.The process design and technical measures were discussed before spinning dyeing bamboo/cashmere/bullion thread Sirofil spun composite yarn.The yarn test results showed that the performance of the yarn hairiness and evenness performance was excellent,fully conform to the requirements of the weaving.
