摘要
研究了粘胶型空调纤维/阳离子可染涤纶/羊毛混纺织物采用高温高压喷射染色机进行浸染的染整工艺。对混纺织物前处理的碱剂用量、处理温度对织物性能和强力的影响进行了分析,并对染色温度、元明粉用量、纯碱用量对织物上染百分率的影响进行了实验研究。分析了织物的耐碱性、耐热性、强力、调温性能等实验指标。实验结果表明:染色产品色牢度较好,耐洗色牢度,色泽变化4~5级,毛布沾色4级;耐摩擦色牢度为干摩擦4级,湿摩擦3级。强力损伤小,手感滑爽、柔软、毛感强,经高温高压染色后对空调纤维调温性能的影响较小。
The paper studies the viscose/cationic dyeable polyester/woolblended fabric dyeing and finishing process of high temperature and high pressure jet exhaust dyeing machine.The blended fabric pretreatment of alkali dosage,treatment temperature has carried on the analysis to the influence of fabric properties and strong,and the dyeing temperature,amount of sodium sulfate,sodium carbonate experiments are conducted to study the effect of fabric dyeing.Analysis of the experimentalindex alkali resistance,heat resistance,strength,temperature performance fabric.The experimental results show that:the color fastness is better,washing fastness,color change are 4 ~ 5 grade,felt stain is 4 grade;colour fastness to rubbing,dry friction is 4 grade,wet friction 3 grade.Strength damage is small,the fabric feels smooth,soft,feels very much like wool.There is little effect by high temperature high pressure dyeing on the thermal performance of air-conditioning fiber.
