摘要
采用正交试验研究影响胡麻纤维染色性能的3个重要的因素,即处理胡麻纤维的氢氧化钠质量浓度、起染温度及染色时间。通过对实验组进行优化,确定主次因素,选出最优方案。实验结果表明,氢氧化钠质量浓度对胡麻纤维上染百分率的影响最大。得到的最优工艺为:将染液温度缓慢升至50℃时,把经过质量浓度为120 g/L氢氧化钠改性处理的胡麻纤维放入染液中始染,并加入无水硫酸钠,在50℃条件下染色40 min后,再升高染液温度,升温幅度为4~5℃/min,温度升至80℃时加入无水碳酸钠,再染色40 min,染色完毕后将胡麻纤维进行降温水洗,晾干即可。
The orthogonal design includes three important factors that influence the dyeing properties of flax fiber,sodium hydroxide concentration,the dyeing temperature and dyeing time,to optimize the experimental group to determine the primary and secondary factors and to select the best program.The experimental data show that the sodium hydroxide concentration is the most important factor on the rate of dyeing of flax fiber.The bath dyeing process is:the dye temperature slowly rose to40 ℃,after dealing with 120 g/L sodium hydrogen,put flax fibers and anhydrous sodium sulfate into the bath,increase dye temperature,after 30 min under the conditions of 40 ℃,heating to 4 ~ 5 ℃ per minute,by adding anhydrous sodium carbonate under 70 ℃ for 30 min dyeing,at last,wash the flax fiber and then to dry.
