摘要
为了使高支纱羊绒衫的缩水率能够维持在一个适宜、稳定的范围内,文章从染色后羊绒的力学性能及微观形态入手,测试了色绒纤维断裂强力、断裂伸长率及鳞片翘角的平均高度。结果表明:随着色绒纤维断裂强力的减小和断裂伸长率的下降,鳞片翘角的平均高度值增大,羊绒衫缩水率增大,即随着染色过程对羊绒损伤的增大,羊绒衫缩水率增大,得出高支纱羊绒衫缩水率与色绒纤维性能间的关系,同时也为后续改进染色工艺打下了基础。
The topic of this paper is to solve the problem that high-count cashmere knitwear random shrink during its production.Researching the mechanical property and microcosmic shape of dyed cashmere fiber,it shows that with the breaking strength and rupture elongation decreasing,the height of scale increased,the shrinkage increased.In a word,reducing the damage for cashmere fiber is convenient for shrinkage control.Getting the curves reflect the relation between fiber breaking strength and shrinkage.It is convenient for improve the dyeing craft in the future.
