摘要
以一家具有代表性的规模化洗衣厂的主要洗涤品种——宾馆布草和医院病服等为研究对象,对洗涤排放的废水水质按色度、浊度、透光率、电导率、pH值、表面张力和TOC 7项评价指标进行测试和数据偏差分析,并研究了该类废水的评价指标,认为浊度和透光率、表面张力和TOC表征的水质特征具有一致性,将这2对评价指标合并后取其一,即使用浊度和TOC。pH值数据变化不明显,可以舍弃。最后选取了色度、浊度、TOC和电导率为规模化洗衣厂的洗衣废水评价指标。
In utilization of two main washing varieties of a large-scale representative laundry factoryhotel linens and hospital gowns as the research objects,seven evaluation indexes which are chromaticity,turbidity,light transmittance,conductivity,pH value,surface tension and TOC,are applied to wastewater measurement and data analysis under standard assessment criterions.Since turbidity and light transmittance,surface tension and the TOC in characterize water quality are consistency.After the combination of those two pairs of indexes,turbidity and TOC are chosen.Besides,due to the unobvious change in pH data,it can be dispensed with.Finally,chromaticity,turbidity,TOC and conductivity are selected as the water-quality evaluation indexes of laundry wastewater for scale laundry factory.
