山蚂蝗属植物化学成分与生物活性研究进展

Advances in studies on chemical constituents and biological activities of Desmodium species

豆科Leguminosae山蚂蝗属Desmodium植物的化学成分主要为萜类、黄酮类、甾体、生物碱类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎、保肝,解热镇痛、利胆利尿等药理活性。该文综述了2003年来山蚂蟥属20余种植物的化学成分及生物活性研究进展,为该属植物的研究与利用提供理论依据。

The chemical constituents isolated from Desmodium species （Leguminosae） included terpenoids, flavonoids, ster- oids, alkaloids compounds. Modem pharmacological studies have showed that the Desmodium species have antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, diuretic, antipyretic, analgesic and choleretic activity. This article mainly has reviewed the re- search advances of chemical constituents and biological activities of Desmodium species since 2003.
