摘要
目的 比较 PRK 手术中化学法与机械法去上皮的效果。对象与方法 用前瞻、配对对照对60只 PRK 手术眼分别用化学法或机械法去上皮。观察比较术中情况,术后恢复,随访一年的效果和并发症。结果 两组术后效果,并发症无统计学差异;手术时间化学法显著少于机械法。结论PRK 手术中用化学法去上皮,手术效果和预测性与机械法相同,但较之后者更简便、快捷,安全易操作。
Objective To compare the effects of removing corneal epithelium with chemical andmechanial method in PRK.Subjects and Methods Sixty eyes were divided into two groups with cohortstudy.In one group the epthelia were removed by blade and the another were treated with 18% alcohol.Thechanges during operation were observed and the complications and recovery after operation were followed up forone year.Results There were no significant difference between two groups in complications and effects postop-eratively.But the consumption time of removing corneal epithelium was much less than that of mechanicals.Conclusion In PRK,however both chemical and machanical methods in removing corneal epithelium have nosignificant difference in postoperative effects and complications in two groups,but the chemical one is moresimple,fast,safe and easier in handling.
