摘要
绿色技术中的"二律背反"是绿色技术内在逻辑体系中不能互洽但却互为前提的两个独立命题,它揭示了绿色技术在调和人与自然间矛盾,试图兼顾人类利益和自然利益共同发展过程中所面临的不可规避的困境。为了在技术的经济本质与生态诉求之间寻求合理而平衡的张力,在不损害自然利益前提下保持人类的主体性,笔者主要基于环境的库涅兹曲线理论,构建为绿色技术实践提供理论指导的动态库涅兹曲线来说明并试图解决绿色技术发展中所面临的二律背反困境。这不仅揭示了绿色技术处理经济发展与环境发展的方式,最终也为绿色技术实现人与自然的和解与双赢提供了更为切实可行的途径。
Antinomy in green technology is referring to two independent prepositions which are preconditions but contradict to each other. The antino- my reveals an unavoidable trap of green technology when it tries to make human interests and nature interests develop synchronized. The reason of the antinomy mostly is the immature green technology cannot keep balance between economy develop and nature develop, which are mainly reflected by the human's social activities. However, EKC, to some degree, may help to resolve the problem, that is why the EKC is thought to be the first step try- ing to release the antinomy.
