How is it Possible for the Autonomy of Technology?——Considering Friedrich Rapp's ‘Paradox of Technological Activities'

对技术自主性的理解,国内学界大都持相对主义立场,但这一立场背后是否存在更深刻的内涵?弗里德里希.拉普的"技术活动悖论"思想,揭示出技术活动从本质上就蕴含着自然性与文化性的两面,这种两面性在导致技术活动悖论的同时,也必然要求我们只能从相对意义上来说明技术的自主性,也就是说,技术的自主性只能在相对意义上可能。

Chinese scholars tend to take a relative attitude towards the autonomy of technology, but is there any profound implication of this position？ Friedrlch Rapp proposed the thought of ＇Paradox of Technological Activities＇, which disclosed the inherently Janus-faced eharacter of technology： having both the natural and the cultural aspects. Given agreed on this ＇paradox＇, it is necessarily required to interpret the autonomy of technology in a relative sense.
