摘要
采用清除DPPH·和·OH法评价吴茱萸不同溶剂水、甲醇、乙醇和乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化活性。同时,通过测定抑菌圈直径大小研究吴茱萸不同溶剂提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:吴茱萸不同溶剂提取物均具有较强的抗氧化活性和抑菌活性,且以吴茱萸的乙醇提取物抗氧化和抑菌活性最强。溶剂对吴茱萸提取物抗氧化和抑菌活性有明显影响,说明选择合适溶剂有助于吴茱萸抗氧化和抑菌活性成分的溶出。
The antioxidant of Evodia Rutaecarpa extracts,which were extracted by different solvent extracts inclu- ding water, methanol, ethanol and ethyl acetate,were studied by the method of cleaning the DPPH. and "OH. And further the antibacterial activity of extracts from Evodia Rutaecarpa was studied by taking the diameter of inhibition zone of different solvent extracts against Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus Subtilis as symbol. The results showed that all the four extracts performed good antioxidant and antibacterial activity, and the ethanol ex- tracts was the best. It indicated that solvents had distinctive effects on the antioxidant and antibacterial activity of the extracts from Evodia Rutaecarpa, choosing appropriate solvent could improve the antioxidant and antibacterial com- ponents dissolved from Evodia Rutaecarpa.
