植物生长调节剂对苦荞麦产量及农艺性状的影响

Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Yield and Agronomic Traits of Tartary Buckwheat

摘要 在田间试验的基础上,研究通过初花期喷施不同植物生长调节剂对苦荞麦农艺性状及产量性状的影响。结果表明,初花期喷施多效唑、生根粉和丰产剂2号降低了苦荞麦的株高、主茎节数和主茎分枝数,其中,以喷施多效唑的降幅为最大。喷施多效唑缩短了苦荞麦的生育期,促进了苦荞麦的早熟。喷施生长调节剂后,增加了苦荞麦的千粒重,但对单株生产力和产量的影响方面表现不一,其中,喷施丰产剂2号获得了较高的单株生产力、千粒重和产量,比对照增产10.08%。苦荞麦喷施植物生长调节剂能降低株高,从而有效增强抗倒性,减少倒伏的风险;喷施生根粉和丰产剂2号能同时增加千粒重和产量。 To explore the effect of plant growth regulators on the agronomic and yield traits of tartary buckwheat, field trial was conducted by spraying phytohormone of different kinds with the specific concentration during early flowering. The results showed that MET, ABT and Fengchanji 2 sprayed during early flowering could reduce plant height, the number of main stem nodes, and branches. Among them, MET can function most dramatically, resulting in shortening the growth period and contributing to precociousness of tartary buckwheat. The use of phytohormones during early flowering increased the thousand grain weight significantly. However, the effects on the yield per plant and yield performance was different. Fengchanji 2 led to 10.08% increase in yield per plant,thousand grain weight and yield compared to the control. Collectively, plant growth regulators could effectively enhance lodging resistance by reducing the height of tartary buckwheat when sprayed during early flowering. ABT and Fengchanji 2 could in- crease thousand grain weight and yield simultaneously.
