摘要
利用不同NaCl浓度梯度对3种基因型啤酒大麦种子进行萌发期的发芽势、发芽率、根长和苗长等指标的测定,综合分析了NaCl胁迫对3种基因型啤酒大麦种子萌发期的影响,结果表明:(1)3种基因型啤酒大麦种子的测定指标与对照差异达极显著水平的NaCl浓度因不同基因型种子而不同,甘啤7号是100mmol/L,甘啤5号是200mmol/L,甘啤4号是300mmol/L。(2)随NaCl浓度的增加,3种不同基因型啤酒大麦品种综合测定指标都呈现出发芽势逐渐减小,发芽率逐渐下降,根长、苗长逐渐下降,盐害指数逐渐增大,但是基因型之间存在显著差异,综合各个指标,3个品种中,萌发期耐盐性最好的是甘啤5号,甘啤4号次之,甘啤7号最弱。
Using five concentration gradients of NaC1 ( 100mmol/L, 200mmol/L, 300mmol/L, 400mmol/L, 430mmol/L) to treat three genotypes of malting barley seed, their germinative forces, germination rates, root lengths, and plant length in germination stage were determined, and comprehensive analysis of the impacts of NaC1 stress on three genotypes of malting barley seed in germination stage was made accordingly. Results showed : ( 1 ) The determined indexes for the three genotypes of malting barley seed and the NaC1 concentrations of the contrast groups that showed highly significant difference vary for different genotypes. Gansu Beer 7 was 100mmol/L, Gansu Beer 5 was 200retool/L, and Gansu Beer 4 is 300mmol/L. (2) With increasing of NaCI concentration,the deter- mined indicators for the three genotypes of malting barley seed showed decreasing germinative forces, germination rates, root lengths and increasing salt injury index. However, there were significant differences among three geno- types. Taking into account all indexes, Gansu Beer 5 had the best salt tolerance during germination stage, followed by Beer 5, Gansu Beer 7 was the worst among the three species.
