不同铝毒溶度吓甜高梁种苗酗枕挂研宪 被引量:6

摘要 为研究甜高粱品种在种子、幼芽、幼苗三个生长阶段的抗性表现,试验采用7个铝毒浓度(0、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25、0.30mmol/L)处理4个甜高粱品种(引4、引26、吉甜杂1、晋甜07),测定6个不同类型的抗性综合指标。结果表明:随着铝毒浓度的增加,抗氧化物质波动,抗逆性物质增高,营养物质缓降;抗逆性成分丙-~(MDA)活性和脯氨酸含量为幼苗〉种子〉幼芽,营养物质维生素c和黄酮为幼苗高于种子和幼芽;高铝毒浓度下甜高粱幼苗仍有40%l-~上的成活率。 Resistance performance of four sweet sorghum varieties on seed ,bud and seedling stage were studied.Six different types of resistance indexes were determined by processing the sweet sorghum varieties under seven concentrations of aluminum toxicity (0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30 mmol/L).The results showed that:with aluminum concentration increasing,antioxidants fluctuatied, resilience substances increased, nutrients decreased slowly ;malondial dehyde (MDA) and proline were seedlings 〉 seeds 〉 bud,vitamin C and flavonoids of seedlings were higher than those of seeds, buds;a- lumina poison survival rate of sweet sorghum seedlings were still more than 40%.
