中草药添加剂对犊牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:20

摘要 为了研究中草药饲料添加剂对犊牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响,选取西门塔尔杂交犊牛24头,将其分为3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组添加不同组方的中草药添加剂。90 d后供试牛称重、采集血液生化检测。结果显示,试验组1和试验组2日均采食量和日均增重都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组2料重比(8.27)明显低于对照组(9.89)和试验组1(9.36);两试验组IgG水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组2血清IgA水平显著高于试验组1(P<0.05);对照组血清总胆固醇(CHO)显著高于试验组2(P<0.05);试验组2血清钙显著高于对照组和试验组1(P<0.05);3组牛的其余血液生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,日粮中添加中草药添加剂可明显改善犊牛的生产性能、免疫功能,且对机体没有产生毒副作用。 To investigate the effect of the herbal feed additives on the performance and blood biochemical indicators of calves, 24 sirmnental hybrid calves were randomly divided into 3 groups. Claves in the control group was fed with the basal diet, and claves in the experimental groups were fed with different prescriptions herbal additives. After these calves were fed for 90 days, the performance and biochemical parameters of the serum would be re- corded and analyzed. As a result, the average daily feed intake and the average daily weight gain of the claves in the experimental group 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05) ; the feed-to-weight ratio of the claves in the experimental group 2 (8.27) was significantly lower than those in the control group (9.89) and the experimental group 1 (9.36) . The content of IgG in serum of the experimental group 1 and 2 was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control group (P^0.05), and the content of IgA in serum of the experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that of the experimental group 1 (P〈0.05)~ the content of total cholesterol (CHO) in the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group 2 (P 〈 0.05); the content of calcium in the experimental group 2 is significantly higher than that of the control group and the experimental group 1 (P 〈 0.05); the rest of the blood biochemical indexes of the three groups of calves was not significant difference (P 〉 0.05) In conclusion, adding Chinese herbal additive into the diet can obviously improve productive performance and immune function of the calves, and does not produce toxic side effects to the body.
