地方师范院校实践取向教师教育模式的理解、构建与反思 被引量:13

Constructing and Reflecting on Practical Orientation Teacher Education Model in Local Normal University

摘要 地方师范院校需要在实践取向的教师教育改革大趋势中构建适合自身的具体模式,而模式的构建基于对这一价值取向本身的理解和认同以及重新阐释。河北师范大学结合自身实际构建了"基于实践,在实践中,并且服务于实践"的教师教育模式。应该进一步确认实践的价值,回应实践,处理好理论与实践的关系以及高校与中小学的合作关系等。 With the trend of practical orientation teacher education reforming, local normal universities should to construct models of their own. The most important matters for constructing of the suitable model are the understanding of the value practical orientation and identity for it. A specific teacher education model "based on the practice, involving in practice, and serving for the practice" has been constructed in Hebei Normal University, and the model is rooted in practice situation of the university. However, there are more problems need to be solved, such as how to further confirm the value of practice and respond to practice, how to handle the relationship between the theory and the practice, and how to strengthen the cooperation between universities and primary/secondary schools.
