摘要
大学生的就业能力不仅体现为丰富的专业知识和扎实的实践能力,还包括积极的心理资本。高校就业教育应主要从自我效能感、乐观、希望和韧性四个方面开发、培育大学生的心理资本,由此促进大学生就业能力的提升。
Employment ability of college students shows not only in the wealth of expertise and a solid ability of practice area also includes positive psychological capital.
