差异化发展是产业具有一定积累、达到一定阶段后的必然趋势。东莞是中国仅有的四个市管镇的地级市之一,东莞经济的发展离不开镇区经济的支撑。然而,由于种种原因,东莞镇区产业同质化现象日益突出,严重阻碍经济可持续发展。因此,实施产业发展差异化战略势在必行。

The development of difference is an inevitable trend after the industry has a certain accumulation and reaches certain level. Dongguan, as a prefecture-level city, is one of only four Municipality governing towns in China. The development of Dongguan economy cannot leave the support of township economy. However, the phenomenon of industrial homogenization in Dong- guan is increasingly outstanding, hindering the sustainable development of economy. Therefore, the implementation of industrial de- velopment strategy is imperative.
