微格教学在培养师范生教学技能方面发挥了重要的作用,但随着网络信息技术的发展,传统微格教学系统设计的缺陷也日益凸显。为此,必须对传统的微格教学系统进行整体性的设计,为师范生教学技能的培训提供新的模式和途径,充分发挥学生的主体作用,提高微格教学的效率和质量。
