摘要
本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法以及数理统计等研究方法,对不同性别、不同教育背景以及不同教龄的高校体育教师体育教学目标与教学成效间的落差进行分析,得出结论并提出建议。
This paper uses the methods of questionnaire, research literature, and statistics to make an analysis of the gap between teaching objectives of PE teachers and teaching effects from different aspects of gender, educational background and teach- ing years, and gets a conclusion and gives some suggestions.
