摘要
为解决条带开采资源采出率偏低和充填开采成本过高的问题,采用理论分析和现场观测的方法提出了回收条带煤柱的短壁箱式采煤法。在分析"箱式混凝土墙+承重岩层"承载体受力压缩变形机理的基础上,建立了二次岩层移动力学模型,并推导出了该条件下评价混凝土稳定性的安全系数。根据煤层地质条件,确定了混凝土墙的间距、宽度及抗压强度。该技术在花园煤矿实践表明:在确保地表变形控制在Ⅰ级范围内的前提下,能多回采煤炭18万t。
In order to solve the low coal resources mining rate of the strip mining and the too high cost problem of the backfill mining,with the theoretical analysis and the site measurement, a shortwall box type mining method was provided to recover the strip coal pillar.Based on the analysis on the stressed compression deformation mechanism of the box type concrete wall + loaded strata loading mass, a secondary strata moving mechanics model was established and the safety coefficient of stability of the concrete under the condition was derived. Ac- cording to the seam geological conditions, the clearance and width and compressive strength of the concrete wall were determined.The ap- plication of the technology to Huayuan Mine showed that on the premise of the ensured surface ground deformation controlled within the scope of I grade, additional 0.18 million tons of coal could be mined with good social and economic benefits.
