摘要
为研究螺旋线数量及对应的螺旋升角对纵向截割头性能的影响,在相同截割头基体上,根据螺旋线计算公式设计了2、3、4头螺旋线和相应螺旋升角的截割头,并按一线一齿进行了截齿排布设计和三维建模。通过对截齿切屑图的研究,提出了截齿转动系数的定义及计算方法,并介绍了截齿转动系数和截割载荷在截割头性能分析中的应用。对3种纵向截割头性能分析的结果显示,采用3头螺旋线的截割头性能优于2头和4头螺旋线的截割头。在破岩效果方面表现为工作适应性强;水平移动速度低于0.1m/s;转速为20~70r/min时,截齿工作性能良好。在破岩能力方面表现为_12作载荷稳定,截割载荷平均值最大,变差系数最小。
In order to study influence of count of spiral line and helical angle on longitudinal cutting head performance, three cutting heads with 2,3,4 spiral lines and its helical angle were designed based on the same cutting head body by formula of helix, with which pick ar- rangement were designed and 3D modeling are built comply with one pick on one line.By study of pick pattern, the definition of pick rota- tion coefficient and calculation method were proposed, and on the apphcation of pick rotation coefficient and cutting load to cutting head performance were introduced.Results of the analysis on three longitudinal cutting head display that the performance of three helixes cutting head was superior to other cutting heads.It was adaptable for rock fragmentation, and could be work more effectively on condition of move- ment speed was lower than 0.1 m/s, speed of rotation was between 20~ 70 r/rain.Its working load was steady in rock breaking,average of cutting load was maximum and variation coefficient was minimum.
