摘要 运用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对黄土丘陵区野杏表型变异种质43株样木的种子可溶性蛋白图谱进行研究.结果表明:43株表型变异野杏样木的种子可溶性蛋白电泳谱带丰富、多态、稳定,蛋白质亚基主要集中在14.4 ~ 66.5 KD,分布较广,多数种质都有其特征谱带.依据特征谱带的分子量进行聚类,将43株表型变异野杏样木划分为9类.从蛋白质水平得到的分类结果与形态特征及生物学特性既有相似之处,也有一定程度的异质性.研究表明种子蛋白质可作为野杏种内类群划分的遗传标记. Using SDS-PAGE electrophoresis technique, to study the seed soluble proteins map of 43 phenotypic variation germ- plasms samples ofArmeniaca vulgaris in loess hilly and gully region of China. The results showed that seeds soluble proteins bands of 43 phenotypic variation germplasms samples of Armeniaea vulgaris are rich, polymorphism and stability, the proteins subunits are mainly concentrated in between 14.4 ~ 66.5KD, the distribution are very wild, most of the germplasms have its characteristic bands. According the molecular weight of characteristic bands to classification, 43 phenotypic variationArmerdaca vu,!garis samples are divid- ed into 9 categories. The classification results on protein level are similarities with the morphological and biological characteristics, but also have some heterogeneity on some extent. Study shows that there are huge potential for varieties improvement ofArmeniaca vul- garis the seeds proteins can be used as genetic markers for divide intraspecies taxon of Armeniaea vulgar.
