摘要
为了分析比较海南产高良姜(Alpinia officinarum)和广东徐闻产高良姜的挥发油成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取高良姜挥发油,并使用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对其进行化学成分分析。从2个不同产地高良姜挥发油样品中共鉴定出77种化合物,主要为萜类成分,其中样品间共有化合物34种。结果表明:海南产高良姜挥发油的主要成分和徐闻产高良姜差异很大。
To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil of Alpinia officinarum Hance from Hainan and Xuwen in Guangdong Province,the volatile oil was extracted by water distillation method,and the components were separated and identified by GC-MS.Seventy-seven ingredients were identified,and the main components were terpenoids.There were 34 common compounds in samples from the two producing areas.The result showed that the main constituents in A.officinarum from two different producing areas were different.
